Reservations

  • All Fuel clients must have a unique account with valid e-mail and phone number to register for classes.  Registration for classes may be done online, by phone, or in-person at the studio.

  • If the class you’d like is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist.  As spots become available, the list moves to the next person on the waitlist automatically.  A notification email or text will be sent to you immediately upon being added to class from the waitlist.

  • When signing up for the waitlist, please be prepared for class and be ready to attend when you’re added into class. If you’re not sure you’ll be able to make it with short notice, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being charged for a class in case you are added in. If no spots become available, your account will not be charged for that unused class.

  • Your notification is based on the notification preferences created in your unique account.  We recommend selecting text messaging as your preferred notification method so that you are certain to see the message!

  • If you are not signed in 5 minutes prior to class, your spot may be given away.  We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to class to ensure you have time to drop off your bags, get changed, and checked-in without feeling rushed.

Cancellations

  • To ensure waitlisted clients have time to prep for class, if you are cancelling your spot any weekday AM classes OR any weekend class you must cancel by 8:45PM the night before. Weekday afternoon & PM classes must be cancelled 12 hours prior to class start time.

  • A client may cancel a class online, using the MBO app, or in-studio.

  • Reserved spots are released to waiting clients 5 minutes prior to class if you have not checked-in.

  • If you do not cancel your class within the appropriate amount of time, you will be charged a late cancel fee of $10. If you do not show up to class and do not cancel you will be charged $15 or lose a class.

  • If you have a confirmed spot for one class and get into another from the waitlist within the late cancel period, you will be charged for both spots – we are unable to accommodate switching between classes.

  • Early cancels are not refunded – the class is put back into your account for a future use.

CHARGES

  • All accounts require a credit card to be stored on file. 

  • Rentals will be charged to your credit card during class.

  • All merchandise may be returned unworn and unwashed with original tags 7 days after the original sale.

Other requirements and Miscellaneous

  • All clients must sign a waiver in person prior to their first class.

  • You must be 14 years or older to take a Fuel class. If you are under 18 years old, we require your legal guardian to sign a consent form in-studio in person prior to taking class.

  • Fuel is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. All items left in the studio will be kept in lost and found for 1 month and then donated to Goodwill.

PRIVACY

  • We collect data from you when you register for an account or class on or website, mobile app, or at our physical location. We also collect data from you when you register for an account or class through any of our partner’s systems.

  • Users of this site and our services agree to the details set in our privacy policy available on a link our website homepage.

MEMBERSHIP

  • Details of specific membership commitment and terms are subject to change.
