FUEL- FLEX

Yoga inspired energetic workout that combines power yoga sequences with free weights, cardio and plyometric segments for a total body workout.  These classes are intense, like you are.  Music will be bumpin' and the heat will be pumpin' (96 degrees) in these 60 minute classes.  Come prepared to train hard, sweat hard, and FUEL UP!

FUEL- FLow

High intensity heated yoga classes with an emphasis on strength and endurance. These classes combine breath and movement. The pace is athletic; designed to build heat in the body and increase your heartrate. Open to all levels of students. Music will also be bumpin' and the heat will be pumpin' (98 degrees) in these 60 minute classes
