Rachael finds yoga to be the best vehicle for which one learns to be honest and accepting of oneself. She has practiced for over a decade, certified and teaching in Portland since 2015, holding a Sculpt Yoga & 200 Hr Power Yoga Certification.  Expect her vibrant spirit to radiate warmth, smiles, and laughter that will inspire and linger. Expect her class' vigor, creativity, and energy to push students physically and mentally, harnessing determination and an "I can" do attitude. You are likely to see her freestyle dance, and even get lost in her jams, which inevitably, leave students asking after every class, "where can I get your playlist?" A stickler for being punctual & respectful. Work hard / Play hard.
