I am a Life loving, outgoing Happy Yogi who began practicing Yoga when I was 15. I started going to Yoga with my mom a couple times a week & at first, it was something that strengthened our bond together.

The real magic kicked in when I started connecting more deeply to myself. I noticed that each practice offered something new, something different & something so very real to me. It wasn't long before I had developed such a passion for Yoga. The feeling was so natural, it flowed through me like water.

I soon completed a 200hr Teacher Training in 2010 and immediately started teaching. I gained experience working for a local gym, holistic center and even brought Yoga to the elementary and high schools in my hometown. I also started offering classes in a private space called “Embrace Yoga,” while attending PSU.

In 2012 I traveled to Kona, HI to live in an Ashram and study with the Shambava School of Yoga. This immersion allowed me to access a new style of Yoga (Hatha) & many more teaching tools.

In 2014, I moved to Ventura California. Sunshine, adventure & Love inspired this change. How wonderful it was to live by the Ocean & surf magical waves, it seemed California offered me endless opportunities. I instructed for 2 of the county’s top gyms. I also taught for “Yoga by the Sea”, The Sauna Studio (An Inferred Hot Yoga Studio), Pure Recovery Rehab Center & instructed many private clients.

My love for fitness also expanded, as I started instructing regular “High.Intensity.Interval.Training” (HIIT) classes. Not only do I love the energy from these classes but it greatly strengthened my Yoga Practice.

Although this California lifestyle fulfilled my passion for Yoga, I deeply missed the connection with my family. In 2016, I moved back home to Portland, Oregon, with my new Doggy addition (Kona).

Now that I'm home, I am greatly motivated to share my tremendous love for Yoga & rebuild a new community of courageous, inspiring yogis.
