FUEL Yoga Workouts studio is a top-notch fitness experience: group sweat sessions provide a well-rounded physical fitness program with three components: cardio, resistance and flexibility. Our experienced instructors motivate, inspire, and ensure safety.
FUEL offers 2 distinct types of classes on-site. All class are taught by certified instructors and are open to all levels. Music and a heated room (98°) are part of every class.
Yoga inspired energetic workout that combines power vinyasa yoga sequences with free weights, cardio and plyometric segments for a total body workout. These classes are intense, like you are. Music will be bumpin' and the heat will be pumpin' (98 degrees) in these 60 minute classes. Come prepared to train hard and sweat hard.
High intensity heated power vinyasa yoga classes with an emphasis on strength, form, and endurance. These classes combine breath with movement. The pace is athletic; designed to build internal heat in the body and increase your heart rate. Open to all levels of students. Music will also be bumpin' and the heat will be pumpin'.
